Consultations
Free consultations are offered to all clients to insure customer satisfaction (Excluding Hair & Eyelash Extensions). Consultion is required prior to a correctie color treatment.

Pricing
All prices listed are starting prices. Services are priced according to time spent, length of hair, cost of products and the stylist's experience.

Cancellations / Rescheduling
Once you schedule an appointment, that time has been reserved for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us so that we can make accommodations.

Special Request
Out of courtesy to other clients we ask that children visit the salon only when they have an appontment.

Gratuity
Our service prices do not include gratuity. The industry standard is 18-20%. Gratuity is not required, but always appreciated.
